Happy Thanksgiving JU

I want to say Happy Thanksgiving to everyone here at JU. Australia doesn't celebrate Thanksgiving, but personally, I really like the idea of a day of thanks to remind us all of how fortunate we are.

Having been here for a couple of years now, I've made some great, real friendships, evenn though I've never met any of you face to fce. I value all my friends here as much as I value my friends in the real world. You guys and gals are a disparate bunch who constantly challenge me and keep me on my toes. For that, I thank you very much.

I hope you all have a wonderful day and enjoy yourselves. Oh yeah, and have a drink for me (and a turkey leg)

Thanks very much. I don't need much excuse to eat turkey, let me tell you.

we are all humans and we should all hope that someday we will find a way to get along and enjoy each others cultures and traditions in harmony

Well said and I agree completely. And you're right when you say it is a long shot. But as long as there are people thinking like you, that day may well come. Have a great Thanksgiving.
