Take a number and wait until you're called.

You were all around me
Buzzing like flies on a carcass
Tickling at me like a virus
A contagion with no cure

As hard as I tried
I could not prevent your incessant attacks
Your delicious malice
Now you’re under my skin

I can feel your love crawling
Under my shins, knuckles
Forehead, scalp, arms
Shoulder blades and spine

It feels so delicious
To scratch at it even though
The itch won't go away
Just move to somewhere else

All I wish for now
Is for my heart to capture
The love you have for me
If only to be rid of this aphrodisia

Shovel,

Thanks very much, mate, although 'masterpiece' is probably over-rating it. Still, thanks!

Mason,

I'll begrudgingly admit it's actually not bad

Thanks, mate. The poet lurking in you thanks you too

Nah, I'm no poet.

The best poetry piece I can come up with is

Roses are red
Violets are blue

Mason,

LOL Ah, so you're of the Ogden Nash school of poetry, right?
