Those whose hearts
Are formed in sorrow
Can’t help but look bleakly
At the coming tomorrow

Those whose hearts
Are formed in pain
Look to be hurt
Again and again

Those whose hearts
Are formed in mirth
Will never believe
In their own true worth

Those whose hearts
Are formed from hate
Will never understand love
Can lift this weight

Those whose hearts
Are formed in ire
Never let cool waters
Dampen their fire

But those whose hearts
Are formed from peace
Move through the rest
And provide release

Heh heh...I think this has become a personal favorite in one read. Very insightful.

Zoo,

Wow, a personal favourite. And here is me thinking no one would like this one. Oh well, thanks for the vote, mate. Much appreciated...

Wow, this is a damned good piece of inspirational writing. I say copyright it and put it on posters and gift cards. It's seriously that good. I'd pay for it.

So impressed! Thanks for sharing. -Moskowitz

Doc,

your metering makes me jealous

Ah, this comes from years writing song lyrics, Doc. Believe it or not but it is almost second nature now. As for being good, weeeelllll... Thanks

Buddah,

Wow, mate, I really don't know what to say except thanks. I nearly didn't put this up because I thought it was a bit twee. But I'm trying to put out everything I write, just to get used to exposing it for all to see. I am really glad you think as highly as you do of this peice. Thanks again.

Shovel,

And the same goes to you too, mate. Thanks for your continued and valued support.
